2014 YES-TF RESULTS OKLAHOMA If a result seems incorrect, please contact us with the details. We certainly want each child's results to be recorded properly. Please be aware, it is not always possible to correct results if it's more than three days following the day of competition or certification.

PARENTS: the only way your child can be entered in local Oklahoma YES-Track & Field™ meets is by your club - - -through your club's on-line YES-Roster™ account. www.yesroster.org
After your child is added to your club's Official On-line Roster, your child must be "connected" to YES-Athletics™ with an individual YES-Athletics™ Membership.
To process your child's YES-Athletics™ "connection" (membership), go to:
To "connect", simply enter your Club's ID Number & Access Code. (Obtain these from your Club Coordinator.)
After you have completed your child's "connection" (YES-Athletics membership), he/she can be entered, by his/her club/team, in YES-Athletics™ / YES-Track & Field™ events.
After logging into yesconnect.org™, you can also view results for recent local YES-Athletics meets/events, or place orders in the "Connection Store" for other store items such as awards, YES-Athletics T-shirts, etc.

2014 YES-TF Calendar OKLAHOMA
There are two types of YES-TF™ meets in Oklahoma: "Open" meets and the "Finals" meet. At the "Open" meets, members may compete in as many events as they choose, and in events that are not listed on the "Available Events by Grade" for their particular grade - if the host offers the event. However, in the "Final" meet, the "Available Events by Grade" will be enforced for all events and grades, except for relays. In keeping with the YES-TF "Relay Tradition", relays are always run Just for FUN at the conclusion of the individual events at both "Open" and "Finals" meets. Each participant that is entered correctly through their club's YES-Roster™ / YES-Connect™ account on or before the meet deadline - will receive a YES-Athletics™ "2014 Finals Qualifier" plaque. Each plaque is hand crafted from select pine, with custom acrylic in-laid inserts - - - approximately 6.5" X 3.5" - - -
Participant who are not entered correctly, as described above, will NOT receive a 2014 "Finals Qualifier" plaque.

Each club MUST pick up a Team Roster from the Timing Crew before the first event. The competition number that is listed on your "Competition Team Roster" must be the same number that is written on your athletes' hand. If an athlete is not listed on your 2014 official "Finals" Competition Roster he/she will NOT be allowed to compete in the meet - even if they have paid their Entry Fee. The only exception to this policy is if an administrative error has been made by YES-Athletics. There will be NO REFUNDS for Entry Fees.
All YES-Athletics Members who have competed in at least one 2014 YES-TF "Open" meet in Oklahoma may enter the YES-TF "Finals" meet. Entry Fee: $10 Please visit the Track & Field page for the "Available Events per Grade" and the "Finals Meet - Event Limits" for each Grade.

"Available Events for each Grade" and the "Finals Meet - Event Limits" for each Grade WILL BE ENFORCED as part of the "Finals Competition Rules" at the 2014 YES-TF "Finals" meet. Relays do not count as one of the athlete's events. In keeping with the YES-TF "Relay Tradition", the relays will be run just for fun after the conclusion of the individual events. The relays are timed. However, the relay results are not posted, and are not part of the meet results.
