If you're processing a new YES-Athletics™ Club or Team Membership you will be issued a temporary password that

(1)  Process the payment for your annual team/club membership.  This activates your membership and YES-Roster™ account.

(2)  If it was a new team/club membership (and new YES-Roster™ account) change your temporary password to a permanent

      password.  (The "username" for your account will be the email address that you used to set up your account.)

(3)  Add a Boys Roster and a Girls Roster to your YES-Roster™ account.  You can add rosters for "Track & Field"

      and "Cross Country". 

(4)  Determine the "Access Code" for your team/club for YES-Connect USA™.  This will enable parents and others

      to log into the "Connection Store" to pay for memberships, view results, made donations, order awards, etc. 

      The Access Code can be changed (updated) at any time from the "Administration" tab within your YES-Roster™ acct.

(5)  After you've added the desired rosters to your YES-Roster™ account (XC and/or T&F --- Boys and/or Girls), you

       should then proceed to add individual athletes to your rosters.  The names that are on your official on-line roster will

       be listed at the entrance to the "Connection Store" when your parents and others log into YES-Connect USA™.

      -  -  -  The membership rosters on your YES-Roster™ account are your OFFICIAL YES-Athletics™ rosters.

               So, only share your YES-Roster™ password with those who need access to your official roster.

               You can share your team's/club's ID Number & Access Code with all others for YES-Connect USA™.

Give parents access to YES-Connect USA™ - - -

Once your individual team/club members are listed on your club's official, on-line YES-Roster™, you can give their parents

access to YES-Connect USA™ by providing them with your Team's/Club's I.D. Number and the Access Code.

(The I.D.# is assigned by YES-Athletics™.  Your team/club determines its Access Code on the "Administration" page.)

Parents (and others) associated with your team/club can go to www.yesconnectusa.com and enter the "Connection Store"

by logging in with your team's/club's I.D. Number and Access Code.  This will take them to the entrance of the YES-Athletics™

"Connection Store".  If their child has been added to your team's/club's official YES-Roster™, he/she will be listed at the

"Entrance" to the store.  Once parents are at the store "Entrance", they can follow the instructions to pay for their child's

YES-Athletics™ Membership.  Once the membership is paid, that member can then enter the "Connection Store".

After membership payment has been made at the "Entrance" to the Connection Store, that child's membership status will

change from "NO" to "YES" on your team's/club's official, on-line YES-Roster™ - - - therefore enabling that member to be

entered (by your team's/club's coordinator) in YES-Athletics™ meets/events.

After the three basic steps have been completed, your team/club can enter its members in the YES-Athletics meets/events.

To summarize, the three basic steps are:

   (A) Team/Club Membership request is approved and team/club membership fee is paid through your club's YES-Roster account;

   (B) your team/club adds it's members to your team's/club's official (on-line) YES-Roster™;  (www.yesroster.com)

   (C) parents can then pay on-line for their child's annual YES-Athletics™ membership;  (www.yesconnectusa.com)

[Club and Individual membership fees are annual.  Membership year begins August 1st and ends July 31st of the following year.]
